Syarat & Ketentuan

1. Ketentuan Tiket

1. Bagi penumpang yang telah melakukan Reservasi kursi dan akan membayar tiket harus membayar paling lambat 30 menit di pool kami dan 15 menit di online booking sebelum keberangkatan. Apabila terlambat maka Reservasi akan dibatalkan dan nama penumpang akan dimasukkan ke daftar waiting list.

2. Penumpang yang sudah memiliki TIKET wajib untuk berada di pool minimal 15 menit sebelum waktu keberangkatan. Bila terlambat maka akan digantikan oleh penumpang lain atau waiting list.

3. Tiket yang sudah dibeli dan uang yang sudah dibayarkan tidak dapat dikembalikan lagi.

4. Kompensasi berupa Voucher yang dapat digunakan pada keberangkatan berikutnya diberikan kepada penumpang yang mengalami keterlambatan keberangkatan diatas 1 jam atau kerusakan mesin / AC di tengah perjalanan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

5. Penumpang SAHABAT SHUTTLE dilindungi oleh asuransi Jasa Raharja. Bilamana terjadi musibah kecelakaan maka biaya perawatan rumah sakit menjadi tanggung jawab pihak Jasa Raharja dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
   Biaya rawat dan pengobatan (max) Rp. 10 juta, cacat tetap (max) Rp. 25 juta dan meninggal dunia Rp. 25 juta. Selain itu SPA akan memberikan santunan tambahan sebesar maksimal 50% dari santunan di atas.

6. Jika keberangkatan terpaksa dibatalkan akibat kerusakan kendaraan atau hal-hal darurat lain, penumpang memperoleh pengembalian 100% dari harga tiket.

7. Dalam keadaan tertentu yang dianggap menggangu operasional SAHABAT SHUTTLE dan mengganggu kenyamanan penumpang lainnya, SAHABAT SHUTTLE berhak untuk menindak dan membatalkan keberangkatan penumpang.

8. Anak diatas 2 tahun dikenakan harga tiket umum.

9. Maksimal bagasi yang dapat dibawa adalah 1 (satu) Travel bag ukuran sedang dan 1 (satu) buah tas tangan (Hand bag) atau sejenisnya. Jika terjadi kelebihan bagasi, maka akan dikenakan biaya extra.

10. SAHABAT SHUTTLE tidak melakukan konfirmasi kepada penumpang yang belum datang pada saat keberangkatan.

11. Mutasi atau reschedule tiket hanya bisa di lakukan 1 (satu) kali, maksimal 30 menit sebelum keberangkatan dan untuk jadwal 7 (tujuh) hari kedepan dari jadwal semula.

2. Ketentuan Paket

1. SAHABAT SHUTTLE menerima paket dengan ukuran maksimal 40 x 25 x 40 cm atau berat maksimal 40 kg dalam 1 (satu) kali pengiriman.

2. SAHABAT SHUTTLE tidak menerima pengiriman produk dalam bentuk :

• Uang, cek dan benda berharga lainnya,
• Dokumen berharga (STNK/BPKP kendaraan, akte tanah, surat berharga lainnya)
• Benda (gas atau cairan) yang mudah terbakar
• Narkoba
• Produk makanan dan produk pecah belah yang mudah hancur.
• Hewan
• Elektronik (item tertentu)

3. Paket wajib diambil selambat-lambatnya 7 hari setelah tanggal pengiriman. Paket yang tidak diambil lebih dari 7 hari akan ditempatkan di lokasi penyimpanan akhir paket di Bandung.

4. SAHABAT SHUTTLE tidak bertanggung jawab atas paket yang tidak diambil dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan.

5. SAHABAT SHUTTLE tidak melayani pembungkusan barang. Semua barang yang akan dikirim sebagaimana pada saat kami menerimanya.

You need to sign up this Site to order the services by insert your username and password, you will get benefits such as newsletters, updates, and special offers by signing up.
